What exactly does Draugr build?
AI systems that do real work — receptionists that answer and book, agents that handle intake and follow-ups, automations that clear repetitive tasks. We scope to your operation rather than selling one template.
Do you just hand it over and leave?
No. Our model is build and operate. Most clients keep us on a managed retainer so we monitor, tune, and stay accountable for the outcome. If you'd rather own and run it yourself, we can do that too.
How fast can something go live?
The Front Desk system can be live in days. Custom builds depend on scope — we'll give you a firm timeline after a short discovery call.
Is my data private?
Yes. Private by default. Your data and your customers' data stay yours, scoped to your systems, and we don't train shared models on it.
What does it cost?
The FORGE Workshop is $500 flat, and the fee credits toward an AI Blueprint ($1,500–2,500) if you continue. The AI Front Desk runs $250–300/mo managed, with setup scoped to your business. The AI Operating System is $750 setup + $75/mo. Custom builds are fixed-price, scoped from your Blueprint — never hourly.
